Hotel Venezia Park - Enjoy Holiday, Castelnuovo del Garda

The hotel location is excellent, just minutes away from Gardaland and other parks, but the rooms were below expectations with issues of mold and lack of basic amenities. The service, however, was outstanding with friendly staff going above and beyond. The dining experience lacked variety, mainly offering sweets, and the facilities were decent.

My stay at the hotel was quite a mixed experience. The rooms got very warm with the air conditioning on, and there was a large grass play area for children, which was a plus. However, I was taken aback by the presence of mould and sewage in the rooms, plus the absence of basic amenities like plates, cups, or cooking equipment.

The facilities were satisfactory, but there was room for improvement.

I was pleased with the large and clean rooms, a big plus for families like mine. However, the water was unexpectedly shut off in the morning, a minor inconvenience. Unfortunately, there were no taxis available even though I stayed for 24 hours, which was a disappointment. On the bright side, the room was very warm and cozy.

This hotel is a gem with its great location near Gardaland and other attractions, offering friendly and super helpful service. The rooms impressed me with an empty mini fridge to personalize, a new AC unit, and only a minor inconvenience of having AC in the living room and a fan in the bedroom. The dining experience, while not exceptional, provided a good selection of food. Overall, a solid value for the money.
